Suspect Wanted For Butte Murder Caught In Washington

34-year-old Jeremy Mata was arrested in Mt. Vernon, Wash., Tuesday. Skagit County jail officials said Mata was arrested and being held for being a fugitive of justice in Montana and is wanted for homicide.
